Coupons........

I have tried to use them before and not really saved money, that all changed today. After using Couponmom.com and sitting down with the publix ad I went shopping. My final bill was $75 and I saved $60. That is a pretty good savings. I am learning to stockpile.I feel stockpiling is great if it is things you will need later, not to just say I have so much. I am looking forward to the Sunday paper coming out so I can file it away till what I need is on sale. I love Publix and their BOGO Free.

Zeb is loving t-ball this year. He can't wait to get there. He has a great team. Lewis said he thinks we have a ball player on our hands, bring on the long days in the hot sun.

A new thing

After reading several blogs today, I have decided that I will get better at writting our blog. Here is our week in view.... Lindsey started reading. She woke up Friday and said I want to read today, Wow what a great day. She read three little readers. She says reading is fun. Grace has tested at a average to accelerated fourth grader in math, really. I remember when we started homeschooling she was 2 years behind in math. She has worked so hard and now she is ahead 1/2 to a full grade where she should be. Zeb got his math books for next year and can't wait to open them and get started. My baby boy is going to be in Kindergarten. He is ready but I am not sure I am. I am going to make it a point to get on here a few times a week and post.

Grace lost a tooth

She lost her second tooth last night with a little help from daddy. The tooth fairy left her $2.

Nanny

Well nanny has been with us for 9 weeks untill we had to move her the hospice house last thurs which was a hard day. Since then she is unable to eat on her own, unable to get up, and most of the time she doesn't know who you are. We have been going everyday to visit her. I am so thankful that we are homeschooling this year, there is no way I could send Grace to school and think she would listen with all this going on at home.

Nana Took us to the Circus

Nana got us tickets and we headed out for a night of fun. The Circus was in Bushnell. The night was complete with cotton candy, coke, and nuts. We had a lot of fun.
